What is the Family Caregiver Program?

This program allows qualifying family members to receive compensation for providing in-home care to a loved one who has an approved illness under the EEOICPA. With the proper training and support, you can take on the role of caregiver while still honoring your existing relationship as a spouse, child, or family member.

You may qualify if...

  • Your loved one has a DOL white card under the EEOICPA program

  • You are already helping with daily care like bathing, dressing, meal prep, or medication

  • You want to provide care at home rather than through outside agencies

  • You're committed to learning and following the care plan outlined by medical professionals
