Charmine Faulkner

RN Administrator

“White Bluffs is in my DNA, and Hanford has been in my heart my entire life. Growing up, I was immersed in the stories of the ‘evacuated’ families from the towns of White Bluffs and Hanford—stories we’ve shared every August for as long as I can remember. My great-grandfather, Edmond Anderson, owned the Liberty Hall Theater in White Bluffs, my grandfather Harry Anderson worked at Hanford, and my mother, Donna Bancroft, became the first female radiation protection manager there. I followed my family’s dedication to service, becoming a nurse in 1998, and have spent my life caring for others.

My personal experience with the EEOICPA program began when my father was diagnosed with leukemia in 2000, followed by my grandmother GiGi’s cancer in 2005 and my aunt’s diagnosis not long after. My journey through these challenges has given me both a deep understanding and a commitment to supporting others. I am honored to share my experience with the EEOICPA program and look forward to helping you and your family receive the care and support you deserve.”

Kyli Placke

“I’m incredibly grateful to be part of Hanford Home Health, where we dedicate ourselves to supporting former Hanford workers and our community. Working alongside my mother—who shares my commitment to our clients, our community, and our mission—is a true honor. With a family legacy of involvement in the EEOICPA program, from my great grandmother to my grandfather, aunt, and many family friends, I understand firsthand the importance of compassionate, quality care. I can’t wait to meet you and your family and to be a trusted resource and advocate for you or your loved ones. My passion for this community runs deep, and I am here to serve those who have given so much to protect it.”

Jessica Jacobo

RN Case Manager

“I’m Jessica, one of the first RN Case Managers here at Hanford Home Health. I’m originally from Prosser, WA, and I chose nursing because of the diverse opportunities it offers—there’s truly a specialty for everyone, and I love caring for people. I graduated from Yakima Valley College and completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Western Governors University.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is when patients or their families express gratitude; it’s a reminder of the real difference we’re making. At home, I have two mini dachshunds, Pepper and Cannoli, who bring me a lot of joy. I’m grateful to be part of such a dedicated team and look forward to supporting you and your family.”

Our favorite thing about Jessica:
Our favorite thing about Jessica is she is not afraid to speak her mind. She is reliable and is always eager to learn. Jessica has been a Staff Nurse with us since August 2021. She became a Case Manager March 2024 after training with us for over a year.

Jodee Skalicky

RN Case Manager

“I’m Jodee, one of the first RN Case Managers at Hanford Home Health. I grew up in Portland, OR, before moving here full-time in my junior year of high school. I’ve always been fascinated by anatomy and wanted a career where I could help people in need, which led me to nursing. I graduated from Walla Walla Community College and have loved the journey ever since.

One of my favorite parts of being a nurse is hearing all the unique stories my patients share about their lives. At home, I have two lovable pit bulls, Archie and Perseus, and a cat named Myla. With family members who worked in the area, including my mom, grandpa, and uncle, I feel deeply connected to this community and am honored to be part of such a caring team.”

Our favorite thing about Jodee:
Our favorite thing about Jodee is she has a large knowledge base when it comes to Case Management. She’s resilient and is a hard worker. Jodee has been a Staff Nurse with us since October 2020 and became a Case Manager in March 2024 after training with us for over a year.
